Our Policies :

Delivery Area:
We will deliver to East Volusia and Flagler Counties. Delivery is free within a 20 mile radius. Our delivery fees are very reasonable in the event we have to charge delivery fees. www.mapquest.com

Rain/Weather Policy:
There is no penalty for an event cancelled due to rain or high winds as long as the cancellation takes place before we get to your location to set up. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event, you may cancel as late as the morning of the event prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high wind that is not expected to let up, we cannot set up an inflatable.

Rental Periods:
Rental periods are generally for 6 hrs. However we will setup at least a half hour before your party begins and not tear down until a half hour after your party. Drivers may deliver your inflatable as early as 8:00 AM and pick it up as late as 9:00 PM. For $20.00 an hour you may keep your inflatable longer than 6 hours.

Methods of Payment:
Cash, Check , business or corporate checks.

Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slope over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead.
We're NOT responsible for damage done to any irrigation system.

Electrical Requirements:
We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20-amp circuit breaker to run the blower that keeps the inflatable inflated. The blower needs to be within 100 feet of the outlet.

Delivery and set-up:
We do all the work. Ultimate Bounce House & More is a professional full-service inflatable rental company.

Does Ultimate Bounce House & More have liability-insurance?
Absolutely. We are insured with at least enough liability insurance to do business with the schools department, the parks and recreation department, business corporations, and other organizations or association's that require their vendors to be insured and are able to provide proof of liability insurance.

Rental Unit Problems:
In the event of any problems with the operation of the rental unit(s), it is the client's responsibility to contact the company immediately at 386-882-4418. If there is no answer, you must leave a detailed message with the name of the renter, location of the unit, contact phone number, and the problem with the unit(s) operation. We will make every effort to respond via telephone or in person to your location immediately and rectify the problem. If we cannot respond via telephone or in person, we will prorate your usage of the unit.
