Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Deliver & Set-up?
Yes! We deliver and set-up ALL of our rentals. We set-up at least 1/2 hr. prior to your party. Set-up takes approximately 30 minutes. At this time, we inspect the unit for cleanliness and safety. When your party is over, we come back to take the unit down. This service is included in the rental cost.

Are Your Units Safe?
Yes! Your child's safety is our number one concern. We chose our units because of their safety features. Each unit is tied down using the appropriate stakes (18 or 36 inch) and/or Sandbags (80 lbs each). This varies depending on the unit. Remember, ADULT SUPERVISION IS A MUST! This will insure that a few simple rules are followed and everyone has a FUN & SAFE time!

What Type Of Surface Area & How Much Space Do I Need?
The area should be level and approximately 20 x 20 in area. This allows more than enough room for most of our units. Our water units do require a larger area. Please give us a call and we can help you determine whether your area is large enough. We can set up on most surfaces as long as it is level: Grass, Concrete, Asphalt. Please turn off your sprinkler system before we arrive and for the duration of your party. Our Bounce Houses,Combo Units and Obstacle Course are not made to be used wet. Also, please make sure that your yard area is clean, mowed and free of debris...especially "doggie debris", sticks, and rocks. We reserve the right to cancel if the set-up area does not meet these requirements. Because we may have other rentals scheduled for the same day, please be sure that these areas are addressed before we arrive. We will not wait around while these issues are addressed.

Are You Insured?
Yes! We are fully insured in the event of injury due to our gross negligence or malfunction of our equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility. PLEASE READ ALL PAGES OF YOUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. For your convenience, our Rental Agreement is posted on our website. All individuals and/or companies who rent any of our units are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set-up. We CANNOT set-up any unit until this waiver is signed by an adult.

Do You Require A Deposit? How Soon Should I Make A Reservation?
No deposit is required. We will take down your information at the time of reservation. We simply & kindly ask that if you decide to cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible prior to your event so that we might rent the unit out to another party. We book our units on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. As soon as you know your party date & time, give us a call. We welcome last minute calls, and will try to accomodate your needs if possible depending on unit availability.

What Is Your Policy On Rain & Weather?
For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel any rental due to rain, high winds (15 mph or higher), or other weather related issues. No payment would be required. If the weather is questionable (ie: it's cloudy and rain is a possibility) at the time of your party, we can still set-up if you choose but NO REFUND will be given if the weather turns. Once we set-up, payment is expected.
